Director Biography - Dávid Attila

Attila Dávid was born on January 3, 1974 in Kalocsa.

In 1996, he graduated from the College of Commerce and Economics in Szolnok, with degrees in "economist in foreign trade" and "public relations consultant-manager".

Since childhood, he has been writing - among other things - short stories, some of which he made into short film scripts, based on which he started editing short films in the winter of 2022.

(He is not the same as Attila Dávid, who graduated as a film director in Budapest.)

Dávid Attila 1974 január 3-án született Kalocsán.

1996-ban végzett a szolnoki Kereskedelmi és Gazdasági Főiskolán, "közgazdász külgazdasági szakon" és "Public Relations tanácsadó-menedzser" végzettségeket szerezve.

Gyerekkora óta ír - többek között - novellákat, amelyek egy részéből rövidfilm-forgatókönyveket készített, amelyek alapján 2022. telén rövidfilmeket kezdett szerkeszteni.

(Nem azonos a Budapesten filmrendezőként végzett Dávid Attilával.)

Director Statement

The idea for the story The Cartoonist was given to me by the fact that sometimes I also make comic strips, often on social/political topics, and not all of my comics are liked by everyone.

I first wrote the story as a short story, and years later I made a short film script out of it.

Based on this short film script, I edited the short film The Cartoonist using free and legal Pexels stock photos, background music and the Clipchamp video editing program.

A Képregénykészítő című történethez az ötletet az adta nekem, hogy néha én is szoktam párkockás képregényeket készíteni, sokszor közéleti/politikai témában is, és nem mindegyik képregényem tetszik mindenkinek.

A történetet először novellaként írtam meg, évekkel később készítettem belőle rövidfilm-forgatókönyvet.

E rövidfilm-forgatókönyv alapján szerkesztettem A képregénykészítő című rövidfilmet ingyenesen és legálisan felhasználható Pexels stockfotók, aláfestőzene és a Clipchamp videószerkesztő program segítségével.
