The Ars Moriendi Triptych : Memento Mori
“Memento Mori” is the second part of the trilogy “Ars Moriendi”, a video art triptych consisted of videos made out of archival footage. “Memento Mori” consists of archival footage and a rendition of “ Ascesis: The Saviors of God “ by Kazantzakis taken from an audiobook for the deaf. The piece explores the idea of defeating death through sex and desire while the youth offers this option.

I have studied film directing and editing in Greece and France respectively. I Have been working as such in commercial industries as well as for artistic purposes. The mediums I use are photography and digital video. I have participated in many group expositions around the world. The recurrent themes in my pieces are death and society's perceptions.
