Rose believes that the answers to everything is found on the page of a book. But when she meets , Henry Donald the writer leaves her a little bit shook.
She sets out to find what this new feeling is, but all she can do is question and quiz.
To put it to rest she returns to the book store and see if Henry has the answers and more.

Director Biography - Alessandria Riding

Alessandria Riding is a young aspiring writer director who believes in the power of storytelling. She wants delve into everyday life and find the story within a moment. Drawing on a short but so far eventful life, Alessandria is happiest when her audience is able to come away with a smile on their face or a tear in their eye. It’s all about the feelings. Currently in the final year of a Batchelor of Film and Screen Media at Griffith University, Brisbane, Australia, Alessandria is excited to see where the world of film will take her next.

Director Statement

The Answer to Everything was an exiting project for me to write and direct. I enjoyed bringing Rose and the world she lives to life, and once I saw her come to life on screen I just fell in love with the film. At the end of the day, The Answer to Everything is a short that leaves a smile on peoples faces, and to me, that's the magic of film.
