Tanya Daud is a half-Indian and half-Pakistani, independent Journalist, who graduated from the University of Southern Queensland. She is extremely passionate about films but has had no formal training prior to this. The Absentees, is her first as a filmmaker- an opportunity, which has taught and challenged her a lot but also one she enjoyed immensely. She hopes to continue making films.
