The 3 rules

Adrian is a single guy who moves into a new Apartment. As he is moving in the landlord is there to go over the contract with him. After explaining the contract she invites Adrian into the bedroom to tell him about the picture on the wall that’s covering a hole in the wall. A hole that was never fixed by the owner because he never cared enough to do it and instead he thought it’d be easier to have the landlord ask the new tenants not to take it off the wall.

A few days later Adrian finds a letter in one of the kitchen cabinets. This letter warns him about 3 rules he must follow in order to survive in the apartment. The letter is addressed by the last tenant. At first he thinks it’s a joke but as the days go by every rule that was written on that letter starts manifesting.
Adrian tries eventually to contact the last tenant but he finds out through the landlord that the last tenant went missing. While he is still on the phone with the landlord he hears a loud bang coming from the bedroom. When he enters the bedroom he notices the picture on the wall is glowing. As if he was hypnotized by it he tries to come closer to touch it and when he does he gets sucked into it to another dimension.
