Director Statement

Pur Si Simplu, "That Simple" was produced in Romania, during a 2 weeks creative documentary workshop organized by Cineimpact Film Academy. I met Ioanna and her friends while I was there, and spent 3 days to film them.
When I first met her, I was thinking of Ioanna as a successful disabled girl, attached to life. After spending these days, I have realized that she is much more than that, and I tried to reflect this in the documentary.
