Experiencing Interruptions?

Thank You, Good Bye

We keep our loved ones alive in our memories after they pass away, but research is implying that memories get more inaccurate over time, so how much of those memories that can be painful to recall are true to begin with?
Every wound heals with time, but ruminating on the past can keep us stuck. In order to heal and move forward maybe we have to allow ourselves to forget what will fade away anyway. That doesn't make our experiences with them any less real.
