Seth Amaradasa is an American independent film director, screenwriter, editor, and actor based in Austin, Texas.
"Texas in The Fall" was shot in Texas by a cast and crew of entirely Texas natives. Since the demise of the Western genre, the public image of our state has been relatively frozen in time. But Texas has changed a lot since then, and this film aims to bring the new and diverse Texas back to the world stage. Our film features a well-assimilated California immigrant protagonist, an organic minority-majority cast, and various popular contemporary locations across the state. Our goal is to challenge the audience's perception of what life in Texas is like while simultaneously reconjuring the deep rooted themes of the Wild West which audiences are well acquainted to.
