The Festival aims to promote various genres and topics depicted in short films. The Festival is held on a monthly basis, each month dedicated to a specific theme determined in the Rules.

There is one cash award, to be given to the Best Student short feature, once - in January. Other months there are Festival Certificates to be awarded to the participants - winners in their sections.

"Best Student Film Award" section:
There are accepted narrative student short features, with running time not
exceeding 30 minutes.
The date of the production of the films – not earlier than January, 2016.
Submission deadline – 20 January 2018
Submission fee - $ 20.
Submission format – secured streaming links (e.g. vimeo)
Date of the festival – 27 January 2018
Films must be subtitled in English.
The Best Student Short feature award equals $ 1000, to be paid to the film director.

"Saint Valentine's Day" section:
There are accepted short features on love topic, with running time not exceeding
40 minutes.
The date of the production of the films – not earlier than January, 2016.
Submission deadline – 4 February 2018
Submission fee - $ 20.
Submission format – secured streaming links ((e.g. vimeo)
Date of the festival – 14 February 2018
Films must be subtitled in English.

"Women's Day" section:
There are accepted short features and documentaries by women filmmakers,
with running time not exceeding 40 minutes.
The date of the production of the films – not earlier than January, 2016.
Submission deadline – 24 February 2018
Submission fee - $ 20.
Submission format – secured streaming links ((e.g. vimeo)
Date of the festival – 7 March 2018
Films must be subtitled in English.
