Director Biography - Kaveh Hedayatifar

Born in Iran, Kaveh directed the first short film in Iran in 2007. In France and since 2014, he started experimenting in the field of experimental and documentary films.

Director Statement

The work of art always reflects something from within the artist. Something that is not always known to the artist himself. For me, the production of artwork, whatever its form and content, is always a kind of discovery of the hidden parts of my existence, and in other words, human beings.
Since 2020, I have been experimenting with making videos with small models. The images hidden in the objects are tied to the images inside me and a story is born.
