Teenage Dream

vers- they’re so fine, but they aren’t mine
I see her holding his hand and him holding hers
they look happy, while i’m on the side. I see her holding his hand but one’s holding mine

pre- I’m in the shadows while their in the light
and can’t imagine
just holding her hand but instead it’s mine.

chorus- Why can’t I be the one who smiles in laughs when they joke
I’m not jealous, it’s not selfish to want someone’s else love
It’s just my teenage heart, my teenage dream

vrs2- just imagine my life if I was holding their hand i could be happy in inside of my fantasy land
what is this feeling i get when I see them walk by together with my sight

pre- everything is dark, but when I open my eyes he’s hugging her tight
the rage takes over our body
punch him in the face now i fear the human race

chorus- Why can’t I be the one who smiles in laugh when they joke
I’m not jealous, it’s not selfish to want someone’s else love
It’s just my teenage heart, my teenage dream
my teenage heart, my teenaged dream

end- That’s what he looks like. But he’s so fine, and everybody I tell says he’s so fine (mhm)

Artist Statement

I make different genres of music. I like to branch out so that anyone and everyone can listen to my message in their own comfort of their music choices. I think of myself as a messenger because, sometimes people need to hear things or they need something that they can relate to. Most people choose music for the something. I want people to know that their feelings matter and that they are not alone.
