Director Statement

I live in a country where women have always played a vital role throughout history and in the formation of civilization. Yet, their rights have repeatedly been violated and ignored.

In my film, I speak about women — about how a woman is an independent being, and that her greatest responsibility is not merely to become a mother. Sadly, in many parts of the developing world, a woman who cannot bear children is still seen by some as flawed or deserving of pity.

But in reality, a woman always brings life — not only through childbirth but through her presence, nurturing the warmth of her family and those around her.

At its core, my film speaks first about the world of women — their struggles, their strength — and then about an era where technology has made great strides.

Yet, in the end, what truly matters is this: no matter how much science and technology advance, the irreplaceable role of women and the warmth, love, and compassion they bring to life can never be overlooked.
