Hey everyone, my name is Jake Seymour and I am a director and screenwriter. I first started making films when I was 16 but that is not where my journey with film begins. For as long as I can remember I always saw the world as one big movie that is just never ending. I've grown up watching classics and masterpieces from countless different directors, Christopher Nolan being my favorite. It wasn't until 9th grade when I realized that I wanted to make films. This led to a year and a half of me studying different directors and writing techniques. Then came my junior year of high school when I made my first short film "Teardrop" with my friends. Although it wasn't the best film, it opened my eyes to all of the things that I needed to be great and I have no intention of forgetting those things.
