Tea For Three

Keiya is a young man living with his brother and grandmother in Mimasaka. He failed to enter college and is wandering, uncertain about what to do in his life
He goes to the recital of Satoka, a famous pianist he met 2 years ago: she came to Mimasaka to meet her ex-boyfriend Junya, Keiyas’s big brother, but was rejected. During the recital, Satoka faints and is brought to the hospital. Concerned, Keiya offers to help her after she got out of the hospital.
Together, they visit his family tea field before sharing a cup of tea. Feeling inspired, she decides to stay in Mimasaka to compose songs. But having nowhere to stay, Keiya brings her home. She is welcomed by his grandmother, but Junya is upset. Why is his ex-girlfriend staying there?
Junya has been managing the tea production and the family shop after his father died, while also helping to promote the town. He comes up with the idea of a chakabuki, a tea brand guessing contest and asks his brother to participate. After Keiya refuses, Satoka promises to do anything he wants if he wins. But Junya doesn’t like it and decides to enter the contest himself to face his brother.
During the contest, Keiya understands Satoka’s real feelings. His help allows her to complete her songs and to perform them with her heart and soul.
