Tayf International Short Film Festival

1. Participation in the Tayf International Short Film Festival is free of charge.
2. The festival's application deadline is February 1, 2025.
3. Films completed after January 1, 2023 can apply to the festival.
4. Applications are made through filmfreeway.com.
5. National or international films in the fiction, documentary, experimental and animation categories can apply to the festival. The jury may change the category of the application if it deems appropriate.
6. There are two types of screening formats in the Tayf International Short Film Festival: competition and official selection.

7. Participants can apply with more than one film.
8. No film accepted to the official selection or competition can be withdrawn.
9. Films accepted to the festival will be announced on the official website and Instagram page.
10. The festival committee may use a one-minute section of the films for promotional purposes.
11. Fiction, experimental and animation films that will apply to the competition must be a maximum of 25 minutes, and documentary films must be a maximum of 30 minutes.
12. It is mandatory for the films to have embedded English subtitles. (For non-English films)
13. The films are shown to the jury and the audience in the halls selected by the festival management in accordance with the program.
14. Representatives of the films accepted to the competition are invited to the festival.
15. The applicant is responsible for his/her own copyrights.

2. Festivalin son başvuru tarihi 1 Şubat 2025’tür.
3. Festivale 1 Ocak 2023 tarihinden sonra tamamlanmış filmler başvurabilir.
4. Başvurular filmfreeway.com aracılığıyla gerçekleştirilir.
5. Kurmaca, belgesel, deneysel ve animasyon kategorilerinde yer alan ulusal veya uluslararası filmler festivale başvurabilir. Jüri uygun gördüğü durumda başvurunun kategorisini değiştirebilir.
6. Tayf Uluslararası Kısa Film Festivali’nde yarışma ve resmi seçki şeklinde iki tip gösterim biçimi vardır.
7. Katılımcılar birden fazla filmle başvurabilirler.
8. Resmi seçkiye veya yarışmaya alınan hiçbir film geri çekilemez.
9. Festivale kabul edilen filmler resmi siteden ve instagram sayfasından ilan edilecektir.
10. Festival komitesi filmlerin bir dakikalık bir bölümünü tanıtım amacıyla kullanabilir.
11. Yarışmaya başvuracak kurmaca, deneysel ve animasyon filmlerin maksimum 25 dakika, belgesel filmlerin maksimum 30 dakika olması gerekmektedir.
12. Başvuran filmlerde gömülü İngilizce altyazı olması zorunludur. (İngilizce olmayan filmlerde)
13. Filmler, festival yönetimi tarafından programa uygun olarak seçilen salonlarda jüri ve izleyicilere gösterilir.
14. Yarışmaya kabul edilen filmlerin temsilcileri festivale davet edilir.
15. Başvuru sahibi kendi telif haklarından sorumludur.
