Tawa

Tawa (in Quechua means four), elementals being, pulse and vibrate with the four elements of the Pachamama, which convulse and go into chaos before the unconsciousness of society. The small actions we take to reverse this tragedy will be a chain effect that restores balance and harmony with nature.

Director Biography

She has grown up in contemporary dance as a creator, dancer, and teacher for almost 30 years; She has investigated local culture and customs, finding bridges towards staging and choreographic creation; She has collaborated with various artists of various disciplines, genres, and nationalities; she participated in festivals in Bolivia and several other countries; She has worked with institutions promoting art projects and social sensitivity, and strengthening dance in Bolivia and South America mainly.
She currently lives in the countryside at the foot of a mountain, she is interested in researching and is inspired by nature as an ecosystem and spiritual example for humanity. She wants to be with her family and weave the paths of creation and dance from these places.
