Taskforce for Lung Health: Positive Impact of Pulmonary Rehabilitation

A three minute English-language digital film with sub-titles, commissioned by the Taskforce for Lung Health, featuring people living with long-term lung conditions talking about the life changing impact of pulmonary rehabilitation. Six contributors are shown participating in face-to-face or digital pulmonary rehabilitation classes and they explain how undertaking tailored physical exercises and receiving education helps them to manage their lung disease, stay active, maintain their independence and continue to live fulfilling lives. They also talk about the benefit to their mental well-being and the value of joining a community of people with shared experiences.
