Tanki (The Water Tank)

Sikku, a 23-year-old local, juggles odd jobs in a close-knit community. From taking vegetable orders under a teacher's balcony to toiling in the fields under the watchful gaze of a landlord, Sikku's daily routine revolves around serving his neighbors. The story focuses on the unspoken bonds amidst socio-economic differences. It also shows how simple moments and connections happen there. Even though people come from different money situations, they still connect and the solace found in observing the world from a unique viewpoint.

Abhay Raina is a passionate filmmaker. Originally from Himachal Pradesh, India, his cinematic journey commenced at the age of 9, and since then, his ardor for filmmaking has only grown stronger. With a repertoire of over 13 original short films, Abhay has dedicated the past decade to refining his skills across every aspect of the craft. From mastering the nuances of screenwriting to the intricacies of directing and the meticulous art of editing, he has immersed himself in every facet of filmmaking.

Some of his notable works include "Grey," "Kaash," "Memories," "Baba," "Mai Kaun Hu?," "The Letter," "Tanki," "Forget Me Not," and more. Through these films, Abhay showcases his versatility as a storyteller, exploring various genres ranging from drama to horror, comedy to supernatural thrillers.
