Tamara Pavićević is a filmmaker interested in social commentary and genre exploration. Through her work in short fiction films, documentaries, and video installations, she explores themes of cultural memory, the aftermath of war, mental health, and trauma. She has participated in programs like the Ateliers Varan documentary workshop and the Peace Congress Berlin, reflecting her interest in socially engaged storytelling. Her master’s thesis in film directing examines feminist film theory and the portrayal of female characters in horror films. She is also the founder of ŽAR, a NGO focused on cultural development, human rights, and environmental protection.
