"Tales of Vesperia" takes place in the world of Terca Lumireis, where people rely on an ancient civilization's technology called blastia in order to power their cities and machinery or cast magic spells.
Childhood friends Yuri and Flynn have just joined the ranks of the prestigious Imperial Knights. Opposite personalities cause never-ending arguing between the two, but they'll soon need to cooperate as the brave garrison of Imperial Knights finds that they are surrounded by vicious enemies and they cannot expect any immediate support from the capital.
