Justin’s first film, Takuna, is a touching short movie that tells the story of a child with schizophrenia who finds comfort in an imaginary friend named Takuna. This project highlights his ability to address complex themes with care and creativity.
With a solid foundation in cinematography from his studies, Justin combines technical skills with artistic vision to create compelling visual experiences. Schizophrenia is still widely misunderstood, especially when it affects children. Takuna aims to raise awareness and help parents and young couples to have a better understanding about this condition.
This film is meant to spark conversations and build empathy, encouraging more people to recognize the importance of supporting children with mental health challenges. I hope it serves as a step toward greater awareness and understanding in our society.
