Tahtli

Since his mother passed away, Pedro has grown up under the care of his grandfather Noé and a presence that only he can see and whom he calls “Tahtli”. Thirteen years later, Pedro lives his day to day life with his grandfather, doing chores around the house and working selling vegetables in his grandfather's truck, but Pedro keeps wondering who he is, who his father is, and longs to have a father figure in his life. One day, searching for answers in Noé's room, Pedro discovers a photograph of a man he believes to be his father and guards it with suspicion. The increasingly sensitive young man, ill-advised by Tahtli's presence, blames his grandfather for his own past actions.
