*One writer wins every month!*

**Get an audio production of your script read by professional actors who can bring your words to life!**

***Sunvale contests have gotten undiscovered writers produced and have helped writers develop their craft via our 2 contests over 3 seasons!***

Sunvale Table Read Contest is for screenwriters who want to take the next step in their screenwriting careers!

Why submit to our contest:
1. Table reads are an essential part of the script development and writing process and professional writers use them as an opportunity to fine tune their stories and sharpen dialogue.

2. Monthly winners get an audio production of their screenplay -- listen as professional actors bring your story to life! You can also share the audio recording with Managers, Agents and Producers to market/sell your script!

3. Winners also get a free entry to our sister contest (https://filmfreeway.com/Sunvalecontest) for a chance to win a production of their screenplay!

4. The judges of this contest are working producers -- this is a direct opportunity to have your script read by industry producers.

5. Because only a limited number of submissions is accepted each month, your chances of winning are bigger than in annual screenplay contests!

6. Low submission fees always!

FAQs:
1) Will the winner receive only audio or also video recording of the table read?

Both! The winner gets an audio production of their entire screenplay! They also receive a copy of the recording that they can share or publish.

2) With the importance of character voice/tone, will the actors read in character?

Yes, a director is also involved to give the actors direction pre-read. Actor will be "acting" and not just cold reading.

3) Do you assign ONE reader per character only (eg, a reader will not read two characters)?

Each main character will have their own actor and then one narrator who handles minor characters and action descriptions.

4) If one of my characters was a 8-year-old boy or 75-year-old grandma, would you have a reader to match this?

The director will cast the actors and will match each as best for the role. Our actors have ranged from 9 years to 65 years thus far.

Monthly Winner:

--The winning writer will get a table read of their script with professional actors and a director!
--The winning writer will also get a free submission to our sister contest: Sunvale Screenplay Contest for a chance to win a production of their script.
