TWINKLE TWINKLE LITTLE STAR
4 feet 1 inch tall, Ranjit is an actor with an all dwarf theatre group in Assam, India and wants to make it big in Bollywood one day. Poverty and iliteracy forced him to join a circus at the age of Nine. A troubled childhood, abuse and exploitation made him bitter but he is determined to give his best and make a name for himself. After years of discrimination as a clown in circus, Ranjit found a voice through theatre to fight his destiny and social injustice.

India has gone through the longest lockdown in the history of the mankind due to the pandemic. This project began when the world was going at a normal pace and suddenly everything changed with the pandemic - filmmaking too. Physically & emotionally a low time for us too as someone or other in the family , friends, relatives were unwell and close family lost their lives fighting Covid. Lots of uncertainty in terms of logistics and story flow but the central protagonist Ranjit - the little man with a big dream made us realize how to move ahead despite the odd circumstances.
