How do you rise above every day adversities? Do we let our TRAUMA make or break us?

In the height of COVID, many people faced different feelings they would have never imagined they'd feel. In moments of Quarantine, many went through situations that made all of us look at life a bit differently.
This short dance film highlights 6 artists stemming from different facets of street dance who were affected in some way during this sudden shift of the world that included a time of isolation and reflection. Despite their TRAUMA they found a way to break free or be buried by it however understanding they are all experiencing it together.
