The second film of the project "Animated Paintings" is based on Estonian artist Raul Rayangu's painting "NÄÄRIÖÖ"(New Year's Eve), presented at the Estonian art Museum. The authors of the animation project imagine what could have happened before or after the moment captured by the artist. Characters and backgrounds are created by children and animated by children 7-10 y.o.

Director-animator, graduated from the highest directing courses of the SHAR Studio. The first cartoon "The Last SIP" received a special jury prize at the SICAF festival in Seoul, 2nd place at the St. Anna debut film festival in Moscow. Vasily Chirkov
Graduated from the Department of Virology of the biological faculty of Moscow state University. M. V. Lomonosov. Since 2007, he has been working in animation as a Director, screenwriter, animator, and artist. Animator of the film "The Last SIP" (2011); animator and editor of the film "Winter has come" (2012). For his first film "Other shores" received two prizes (best debut and best Director) at the festival of animated films in Suzdal-2014.
