THEN I WENT TO LIFE
By placing a mirror in front of desire, we follow 5 interviewees and 6 performers who engage in a dialogue about how the fine line between desire and compulsion is navigated. Considering the hyper exploitation of desire through applications, what is freedom within a capitalist system that "liberates" while also oppresses?

Gabriel has a solid background in theater, which began in 2007 and has been continuously enhanced over the years. He had the opportunity to study at prestigious institutions such as Casa de Teatro de Porto Alegre, Universidade Estadual do Rio Grande do Sul (UERGS), and Núcleo Experimental de Artes Cênicas do SESI/SP. Throughout his career, he has been part of the cast of several theater productions directed by Cacá Carvalho, Zé Adão Barbosa, and Larissa Sanguiné. At the age of 14, he ventured into the audiovisual field, where he acted in numerous short films and feature films. His notable role as the protagonist in the film "AFTER MIDNIGHT," directed by Mirela Kruel, stands out. The film was showcased in various exhibitions and festivals, such as the 24th Mix México Festival and the 49th Gramado Film Festival, where he was nominated for the Best Actor award by the Legislative Assembly. On television, Gabriel appears in the series "ORACLE OF YELLOW BUTTERFLIES," a children's production by Tatiana Nequete, available on TV Brasil. His talent continues to be recognized internationally through his participation in various festivals and his inclusion in the Talents community (16th Talents Buenos Aires). This development program, associated with the Berlin International Film Festival, brings together young talented individuals from the international cinema scene. In addition to his work as an actor, Gabriel also leads projects as a producer and director. He is responsible for Chance Produções, a production company currently involved in diverse projects, including animated series, theatrical plays, and short films, at different stages of production.
