THE HOLY BASIL

A young man whose grandmother cooked delicious beef basil But he couldn't eat it because his grandmother had passed away. Therefore, he admires his dedication to detail in the kitchen and the freshness of the ingredients. One day, he ordered food from the food delivery service. And he discovered a package of basil-fried rice with beef, just like the one his grandmother made him. However, he slid it from his palm and collapsed to the ground in a mess. As a consequence, he needed to find the restaurant for this beef basil to taste its flavor.

Director Biography - Pornpawit Sumlitjintana

Pornpawit Sumlitjintana was born in Chonburi (2001, Thailand) and grew up in Hua Hin. Graduated from film school in communication arts at Silpakorn University. Back in high school, he used to make a short film with an intimate crew in Hua Hin called ‘Fresco Production (2018-present) Appeared as หยาบและห้าว, Impermanent, and others. After a relationship with this group, he's now a member of a hip-hop collective named FRESCO.
