THE FLOWERS OF ESENIN

Treatment on the Russian poet Esenin.
Esenin committed suicide by hanging himself and my biofiction opens from that moment, and back in time with continuous flashbacks and flasforward. There are mainly two levels of interpretation: Esenin in his time and an Esenin in the modern age, or even the true Illegitimate son of Esenin, or a transposition of him in the modern age.
Esenin was born in the Russian countryside, but he was ambitious and soon went to the city to meet the great poets of the salons of St. Petersburg (Aleksandr Blok, Sergej Gorodetsky, Vyaceslav Ivanov and all the poets of Russian symbolism in particular). From that moment on, life for Esenin will be a continuous pursuit of something, a shadow or a figure in black. The man in black is also the leitmotif of the treatment: the black man is the protagonist of one of his most famous poems and he is the one who creates events in the life of his creator. Is he a real or unreal figure? Perhaps that brother who died prematurely and was missing from Esenin?
At the time of Esenin all the facts I describe really happened. The characters that gravitated in the time of Esenin and that he personally knew are real and in some cases very famous, such as among many Mayakovsky, the Russian monk Rasputin, the Tsarina of Russia Alessandra Fëdorovna, Anatolij Marienhof and all the poets of "imaginism" , the American dancer Isadora Duncan and Boris Pasternak.

The evil of life that infected the followers of Esenin was called in Russia "Eseninism", many people inspired by some verses of his poems took as a model the disordered life of the poet and there were some suicides who in their farewell messages remembered the last lines of one of the most painful poems of Esenin: "Goodbye, goodbye, my friend".
His best friend Galina Benislavskaja, the one who has tried to watch over him all her life (as opposed to the man in black?) Commits suicide on his grave, giving way to the phenomenon of eseninism.
