When Jatin, a struggler in Mumbai needs money urgently, Ajay ,his rich friend and flatmate lends it to him much to the displeasure of Meena, Ajay's abused girlfriend . As the night progresses and the clock ticks, Jatin finds himself in a moral quandary; To accept and honour The Debt to Ajay or to raise his voice against the only person who has come to his rescue.
