THE BEAST INSIDE

After the death of her mother, Anne inherits the family curse: a demon that possesses one member of her family each generation- living inside them, decaying their soul until they are rendered useless and it moves on to the next generation. It's killed her mother, her grandfather and now she feels the beast inside her. The demon grows stronger and stronger waiting to consume Anne and move on to her young son. Anne's possession dominates and threatens everything and everyone in her life. Without a clear explanation for Anne's bizarre, violent behavior her husband Daniel believes she is either dealing with mental illness or addicted to substances. Left without options he is forced to take their young son away from Anne. Leaving her alone as the demon continues to ravish and devour her. With no one else to turn to, Anne reaches out to her old priest Father Geoffrey, who's been defrocked for abusing children. When even the shamed priest can't help her Anne decides to take matters into her own hands. Secluded in a cheap motel room she does her research, gathers materials and sets out to perform what the priest warned would be an ill- fated mission : an exorcism on herself. The demon inside her has no intention of surrendering, leaving Anne in for the battle to save not just her own soul but her son's who she fears will be the demon's next vessel if she fails.
