Some women have a hard time considering themselves as victims when they endured abuse, rape, domestic violence… and it can make the healing process even more difficult to achieve.
In this art piece, we hear the doubts and questions, we see the efforts of a woman who struggles to remember the traumatic event that ruined her life as she realizes the memories of it are slipping away.

Because of the uncomfortable situation in which she finds herself, her intimacy being violated, the public is placed as close as possible to the confusion and vulnerability of this woman on stage. Contemporary and hip-hop dance company Les Associés Crew offers us a glorified vision of struggle and resilience: bodies may fight, manipulation may be lurking, but the beauty of fighting to live always wins.
