Sydney is a 2D Animator, graduated from the University of Central Florida
with a BFA in Emerging Media. She was accepted into the selective Animation and
Visualization track at the end of her sophomore year. Since then, she has developed
skills in 2D hand drawn animation, 3D modeling and animation, motion graphics, and
post-production compositing.
During her time at UCF, she received a grant from United Arts for a painting
showcasing the history of Orlando Arts Magazine. She was also featured in an issue of
their newly rebranded Artistry Magazine. Additionally, Sydney achieved a minor in
Fitness Training and learned more about the body’s underlying anatomy/physiology and kinetic anatomy. However, she found a great passion in the arts and used her knowledge of human kinetics to her advantage in animation. It gives her a unique perspective in animating dynamic character motion.
Sydney is now on track to find a career in the animation industry. Likewise, Sydney specializes in 2D animation and motion graphics, with a focus on creating engaging visuals for television, film, or commercial projects.
