1. Gajendra Sarthi: My name is Gajendra Sarthi, and I am from Raigarh, Chhattisgarh. Recently, I completed my Green Hub Central India Fellowship. I like to read, draw, listen to music and learn new things. I enjoy learning about different flora and fauna. I believe I can accommodate myself according to any given situation. I got an opportunity to go to Odisha with my project partner for my internship with N+3F, which is an organisation that works with small NGOs and organisations to connect farmers with the Non-Pesticide Management (NPM) method of farming. We got to interact with people from different communities, languages and cultures and tried to record these aspects in our videos. The experiences I have gathered during this internship will help me realise my goal of making a documentary on my people, village and forest.
2. Shankar Uike: My name is Shankar Uike and I am from the Balrampur-Ramanujganj district of Chhattisgarh. I got an opportunity to intern with N+3F, which is an organisation that works with small NGOs and organisations to connect farmers with the Non-Pesticide Management (NPM) method of farming in Jharsuguda, Nuapada and Balangir districts of Odisha. We made 7 films during this time. I am extremely attached to nature and to the culture of my tribe - Gond. Through the skills I have learnt during this internship, I want to make a film on the Gond culture and our endangered language.
