Susie DeFord is a dog trainer, writer, musician, and filmmaker. She studied writing & film at Florida State University, and received her MFA from the New School University. Susie is the author of the poetry collection Dogs of Brooklyn & the director of You Can’t Take Her Out- A Sita Gomez Story.
