SURVIVAL

Philippe Sfez was born on January 11, 1961 in Paris. His acting career began in 1978 at the age of 17. He participated in major productions such as Le Grand Pardon and Le Grand Pardon 2 by Alexandre Arcady, but also in indie-punk films that have become cult classics such as The Affair of the Morituri Divisions by F.J Ossang, or in cosmic dwarfs such as The Eagle and the Horse by Serge Korber, a western in which he shared the bill with David Carradine. In 1994, after a dozen feature films, twenty short films and a Renault 19 commercial, he put an end to his career as an actor. It was in the mid-2000s that he devoted himself to directing. His films with very marked universes find their audience at festivals and win numerous awards.
In 2011, in parallel with his work as an author-director, his 1st novel entitled "Je vous dis merde" was published by Editions le bas vénitien.
