"Superstar" is a film born out of a desire to explore the complex interaction between mental health, fame, and trauma. We wanted to create a film that offers a unique and compelling perspective on the pressures of success and the cost of fame. We also wanted to make a visually mesmerizing film that includes elements of surrealism. This film will appeal to audiences interested in innovative filmmaking, which features a splash of atmospheric horror but primarily focuses on a character-driven story with something more profound to say. We also hope this film will start a conversation about mental health and the struggle to navigate the complex world of fame and success.
