Easter Seals Disability Film ChallengeLos Angeles, CA
In 2020, I was selected as an inaugural fellow in the Chicago Independent Producers Lab, a program funded by the National Endowment for the Arts and sponsored by Full Spectrum Features and the Chicago Film Office. In 2021, my film He Who Lives in Lakes (Dir. Zach Lona) became available on Amazon Prime, and my other feature project, My Little Renaissance Girl (Dir. Bethany Berg), completed production.
Growing up with a mother living with cerebral palsy, disability is a huge part of my life. I met Kevin in 2020 and we'd been looking for an opportunity to work together since. The film flips the script and has some fun with the concept of "inspiration." I hope audiences dig it and find it as fun as it was to make.
