Supercat International Film Festival is a film festival that takes place in February each year and is organized and created by young people coordinated by the well-known Cilento director Gianni Petrizzo. It takes place inside the Liceo Alfonso Gatto in Agropoli South Italy and expects the participation of over 2000 students. The festival has its own very particular structure, organized into departments managed by young students who are responsible for selecting the entered films, administration, welcoming guests, the press office, technical organization, the jury, awards and logistics. The first edition saw a large participation of films of various genres chosen from Feature Films, Documentaries, Animated Films, Short Films, Music Videos, Trailers, Siocial Videos, Video Dance, Virtual Reality etc … The peculiarity of the Festival is that all the directors of the selected films will be invited to do a Q/A with the students and will receive free hospitality to sleep 1 night in the accommodation facilities of the city of Agropoli.

All selected Films will receive are invited fro Q/A with student and receive the Official Selection Laurel and will be promoted on Social Media e TV. They will compete for: Best Feature Film Best Documentary Best Film School Best Trailer Best Animation Best Short Best Videoclip Best Social Spot Best New Media Best Social Video Best Experimental Best Actor Best Actress Best Dance In judgment phase, sub-categories may be added. The Winning projects will receive an Award (or a Certificate, if they won’t be able to attend the Live Events).

We accept all genres Short Films, Videoclips, Animation Shorts, Documentaries, Trailers and Feature Films, realized after 2015. All the works must be original and the submitter has the responsibility to own the rights of every aspect of the Film. Films that are not in English need English subtitles. Films with grossness, excessive sex and violence will be disqualified.
