Sunday in Rabatana - A Lesson in Making Pasta

Jan and I visited my cousin in the Rabatana district of Tursi. She showed us how to make Rascatelli. While patiently giving us the pasta lesson, she talks about what it was like when she was a young woman in her village. In the background her sister who is a nun, listens to Sunday mass.
