The sole survivor of a deserted world, a man has only his dog, Sumack, as a companion. Together, they wander through a ravaged landscape, struggling each day to survive. One night, a supernatural encounter shatters their fragile balance. Following this encounter, in the darkness, Sumack vanishes without a trace, leaving his companion in solitude.
