Director Statement

I kind of fascinated with the character Suka since my childhood and have seen such characters who loves to project themselves as Amitabh Bachpan in the society and they are biggest fan of him. I always keen to hear their real life stories. Thanks to Aao nxt and the producer of the film Suka Bhaira Sholay’ Mr Kaushik Das who loved the idea to produce the film. Then while writing I fictionalised the character that how he adopted Mr Bachpan’s style to avoid his body shaming and how society accepted that. And also we are talking about widow remarriage in the film coz the issue still persists since ages. The film is a mixture of emotions, humour and drama with realistic approach. Hope people find worth watching it.
