She holds a Master’s degree in Environmental Science from Tezpur University, Assam, and a Bachelor’s degree in Zoology from Cotton University, Assam. Her journey as a storyteller began during the COVID-19 lockdown, when she started documenting the biodiversity of her backyard. This endeavor sparked her love for creative storytelling and filmmaking.
A self-taught filmmaker, Sudeshna skillfully blends her scientific knowledge with artistic vision, crafting films that make complex ecological concepts accessible to all. She edits her own films, including narrations, ensuring each piece resonates with authenticity and precision.
