Sanganeb Atoll.
Sanganeb Atoll is the only atoll in the Red Sea. An atoll, sometimes called a coral atoll, is a ring-shaped reef that includes a coral rim that partially or completely surrounds a lagoon. Sanganeb Atoll was the first marine national park to be released in Sudan in 1990. The only atoll in the Red Sea, Sanganeb has one of the most unique coral reef structures in the entire Red Sea, the steep slopes of which rise from a seabed more than 800 meters deep. Sangeneb is renowned among divers as one of the best diving spots in the world. The park is known for its wealth of marine life and breathtaking underwater vistas, home to at least 300 species of fish including numerous endemic and rare species of sharks, dolphins, sea turtles and a good representation of other invertebrates such as molluscs.

ABOUT ME
Hi, I'm Maurizio Agliani (Turin, 26 July 1969), passionate about the sea since I was a child, a passion transmitted by my father who was also passionate about the sea and diving. At the age of 14 I got my first PADI open water certification and in the following years the DIVEMASTER. I am a busy traveler in few years I have visited the most renowned places for divers, Maldives before the start of mass tourism 1984 Red Sea, Thailand, Indonesia, Africa, Mexico and many more.
I have more than 1000 dives under my belt in the most famous tropical seas on planet earth, I was the owner of an aquarium shop for 15 years where I learned a lot about the life of corals and tropical fish, names, behaviour, nutrition and survival of this little world enclosed in a crystal box and making me aware of the fragility of the marine world.
