On the island of Taiwan, surrounded by the sea, two boys go to the port after class every day. Suddenly, ALEX spots a letter in a bottle! A mother turtle writes:Please,help me find my lost baby! CARBY knows the lord of the Eastern Ocean is the Dragon King, Hailongwang. The two boys bravely make their plans, and send DASH to the Dragon King’s Lost and Found Office, where they find the mother turtle’s baby.

Director Biography - Evans Yi-fan Peng

-Roy Carby's dad, a 40-year-old unemployed Program Testing Engineer who was laid off because of corporate downsizing (July 2017 until now)
-Trained 3 months by Multimedia Special Effects Post-production Class of Workforce Development Agency, Ministry of Labor, Taiwan Government (July~Oct. 2018)
-Producer/Director "Submarine" (Nov, 2018~May,2019)
-A romantic man who loves children, majors in Information Management and enjoy filming. Keeping submit person resume for full time job and take case job of Photography and Producer so far.
