I, Em, am a professional writer and productive daydreamer. As of March 2018, I am a proud alumna of the Savannah College of Art and Design's renowned writing program. Originally from Decatur, Illinois (the glorious "Soybean Capital of the World"), I currently support Disney Parks, Experiences and Products in the Burbank-Glendale region as an external communications coordinator.

My published works include content for the Disney Parks Blog and Automotive Internet Media as well as feature spreads in LOCALE Magazine, South Magazine, and Savannah Scene & Savannah.com. I also run a baking blog named for my alter ego, RandEm Recipes, and I recently wrote and published (thanks to the Palmetto Publishing Group) a children’s book about the United States Capitol Building called “A Capitol Dream,” now available on barnes&noble.com and amazon.com.
