Director Statement

Trans people transition in broad daylight. Our messy metamorphoses don't occur within the privacy of a cocoon; we exist every day in public spaces, under relentless observation by callous strangers. Even those fortunate enough to push through this experience often come out the other end with deep psychological scars.

STRESS FRACTURE is about the things we endure to save ourselves and how we learn to love what remains on the other side.
