Story of Your Skin

Born in a small Siberian town to a family of railway workers. In my last year of law school, I realized that I did not want to be a lawyer.

My journey into the arts began with photography and wedding shoots, which eventually led me to deeply emotional portraits. After five years, I realized I wanted to capture emotions in motion.

For the past seven years, I have dedicated myself to creating full-cycle videos, from conceptualizing ideas and writing scripts to organizing shoots, recording sound, editing, and color grading.

Inspired by the works of Martin Scorsese, I discovered that interesting stories can be found in everyday life, while Christopher Nolan demonstrated how to weave the extraordinary into reality.

One is a warrior in the field is about me, so I immersed myself in learning the intricacies of storytelling and holding the viewer's attention through camera work, composition, and lighting.

I delved into the study of color theory by Johannes Itten, understanding exposure through Ansel Adams' system, and the techniques of light and camera work by Roger Deakins.

My style is characterized by the detailed construction of emotional portraits and character imagery, based on facial expressions, stereotypes, and personality archetypes, while avoiding clichés.

Over the years, I have managed to make my wife fall in love with the process of making videos. Ksenia plays a vital role in every project, working on the concept, set design, and organization of the shooting process.

We believe that video, in any form, should not only be profitable, but also inspire, provoke thought, and encourage self-reflection.
