Steve Weiss is an instructor in the Journalism department at CSU with 30 years of experience as a television reporter, host and producer at various television markets including Denver and he has worked on nationally-distributed television programs for ESPN, FOX Sports, Outdoor Network and documentaries and news stories for PBS. He also has produced corporate marketing and training videos for Ford, Coors, Shell, Campbell Soups, Toyota, J D Edwards and other major corporations.

He has been an adjunct instructor at CSU since 1992 and joined the Journalism Department as a fulltime member in 2010, teaching classes in video production, writing, and corporate multimedia.

Weiss is also the coordinator of the RAMProductions team, a group of students producing live sports, music and arts television programs at CSU.
