Stella is an artist filmmaker based in Berlin and Portugal, she graduated from UDK Berlin in the Moving Image class, having previously studied film in Lisbon and Denmark.

Interested in researching into scientific imaginaries, digital, corporeal and ancestral memory and matter she makes use of fluid media such as video, text and sculpture.

Stella often engages in collaborative work and participates in cross-disciplinary research processes.

Over the last few years, Stella has collaborated with choreographers, visual artists, and musicians, contributing to projects through directing, filming, editing, or video art, and sculptures.
